In this video we learn about a key metric called net promoter score. It is measured by asking if users will recommend their friends to use this product on a scale of 1-10. People who mark 1-6 are called demoters, people who mark 7-8 are called neutral, 9-10 are called promoters. NPS equals Percentage of Promoters minus Percentage of Demoters. It can varry from -100 to +100. Other metrics are Daily active users, Click through Rate etc.
