Making sense of MVP

In this video we learn about how to think about  MVP. There are two great examples to show how to build customer ready products for solving customer problems. So one company starts building a car to solve that problem. Second company starts with a skate board, moves to a bicycle, then to a  motor bike and then to a car. It is just one hypothetical example to show use of MVPs to test and iterate the solution to make the best product at most affordable cost.

Basics of MVP

In this video we learn the simplicity of MVP and how we can use it to validate any idea if it will work or not. Any entrepreneur or PM puts in  a lot of resources to build any product and there are always underlying chances that people are not going to like it or even use it. So to test if the product will work we build a MVP. In this video we see through an idea of online flower shop.

Example of MVP

In this video we learn about MVP through an idea of cat food deliver. Here user stories are written for a full fledged feature for such a product. Then it is tried to minimize this full fledged product into MVP by application of happy and sad faces of customers. Only the absolute necessary features are kept to make a one page web MVP.
